First off, I did not buy from these guys but my experience was excellent nonetheless. Wayne helped me via text and email and did his best to sell me the 1500 I wanted. He was helpful, informative, and never pushy. Not even once did I feel pressured to buy. I've dealt with a number of dealers in my search for a great deal on a RAM 1500 and they were by far the best. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I'd say it's well worth your time to check them out.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Craig and his team.

I had a very positive experience with purchasing a car last week. I had the pleasure of having Bruce as my salesman. He was polite, professional, and caring. He made buying a car easy! I also appreciate Manager Mike for all of his assistance as well.
While the wait to do finance paperwork was a bit long, they do have a small, well supplied kids area/snacks that kept my son occupied while we did business, etc. I think that, overall, my husband and I both felt that we were treated fairly and that it was worth the drive out to purchase from this dealership.
Update for 9/23/17
My wife and I were looking at a new 2017 Ram 1500. We ended up also buying a new 2017 Dodge Charger as well. My wife Deana and I have now bought 4 vehicles from Bruce Sadler at Thunder. They have always worked hard for us get to the deal done and now we have 2 new 2017 vehicles in our driveway. Also, the sales manager Bill really gets it. Bill also worked hard to get the deal done for the numbers that we wanted. They got the deal done and we can say we are truly happy with their customer service, price, and service after the sale including the service department on our prior vehicles. If you are looking for a great family atmosphere and people that will help you through the process this is the place to go.
I had one of the best car buying experiences at Thunder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Brian was incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to do business with. I began looking for a new Jeep several weeks ago, but was not able to visit the dealership before closing. Brian called me to follow up on my interest. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he was able to locate my wishlist car. We stopped in and made the purchase the same evening. I will definitely be returning for my next auto purchase. They were straight forward, honest, and the deal I expected was the deal I got. My husband and I drove out from Orlando with our 4 year old kiddo to purchase a vehicle sight unseen, and when we arrived the vehicle was exactly as stated. There were no punches pulled, no bait and switch (they did their jobs, but there was no excessive pressure).
