I have dealt with customer service before, but this was by all means the worse.
(I wish I could give 0 stars)I wish they would close this facility down. What a joke of system. Very rude, people and worst customer service. Employee's who work in the administrative sections are uninformed, unhelpful, and very rude. Who regulates the jurisdiction for this courthouse? They should be ashamed that this courthouse is ran in this fashion. No quality control or standards every area that you go is like a circus (especially in the civil law, family, law and injunction filing areas). be prepared to be at the court house an entire day for even the most minuet paperwork or filing.Terrible

Worst customer service. The judges dont follow the state and federal laws, they do whatever they want. No justice.

This is the worst court in history. So many rude people they don't have nothing organized. You get different answers from different people. Very unorganized! So many unhappy people. I can't even explain how much of a hard time they can give you. They will make you cry because of the fusturation they make you go through. It is the worst jail aswell they are so cold harded. They don't care about anyone they just work there to get paid but they don't care about anyone. One person tells you one think and others another one even said on how they don't have paper work on a certain person and is not even in there system but then you called 5 min earlier and that person is in the system. This is so horrible.
Customer service is very rude; I thought the phone was disconnected, so, I called back to finish my conversation with the same representative, but, I feel that she was very short and impatient and I could not finish my sentence or question without her letting me continue. I know the courthouse is very busy, but please, let me finish before you chop my sentence; she was not even voice friendly, wow!!!
Now I see what people say about some people, and I repeat, some people, not all people, that work at the courthouse, firsthand experience, I could not believe it, I had a simple question.
