I've shopped here since they opened and have never had a bad experience. Usually the workers are attentive and try to help but sometimes thier lack of knowledge of those departments are more of a hinderance.

I'm not happy with my most recent trip to Lowe's. I spent $150 on wood and paid 25 cents per cut to have them cut the wood. Then they cut the wood wrong not to the right measurements and the ones they did cut are crooked as all get out. How do you cut wood crooked with the type of saw they have I'll never know. I spend hundreds of dollars each week their for my business but I think after this experience I'll drive the extra mile and half to go to home depot.
The staff & selection is awesome. Danielle in the blinds & window covering department is the BEST! She has helped steer me in the right direction several times. Rob & Linda in the paint department are amazing as well. So friendly!!
