Absolutely wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their customers. Had my Omega watch rebuilt, purchased earrings, necklace, bracelets, charms, engagement ring and two wedding bands from them thus far. Fair on trades too! All around outstanding.
My partner and I went into Spath Jewelers looking for engagement rings. Cristal was very nice and welcoming (along with the entire staff). Cristal was very knowledgeable about the rings and had an amazing selection. I went in a week before I was planning to propose to my partner and Cristal spice to her peers a d informed them of the fate I needed. Spath Jewelers and Cristal made it possible. On November 11,2017 I was able to propose to my partner. Here's a a huge thank you to Cristal, the employees, and Spath Jewelers for everything you do. My partner and I will be using Spath Jewelers again for our marriage.
I was blown away with the service and selection offered at Spath Jewelers in Bartow. I've been buying nice jewelry for over a decade now and never knew how pleasant it could be. They always seem to have plenty of staff on-hand to assist in an extremely timely manner (I went on a lunch break, and again after work) This most recent visit, I came in to Spath because they're listed as a Costa premium retailer and I needed to replace the Costa's I lost in a lake. They have a huge selection of Costa's... but didn't have the exact pair I had just lost. They were able to order a pair and received them in stock the very next day! (Unfortunately, I had them order the wrong pair... but they completely understood and helped me find the pair I meant to order to begin with). They placed another order for my perfect pair with smiles on their faces (and even offered to clean my rings while I was there!). I would 100% recommend Spath for all jewelry and sunglass needs! Can't believe I haven't been shopping here all along. Give them a try!
We just want to say what an amazing place you have! you have done an amazing job on my fiancé’s moms ring on resizing and cleaning of the ring.
