This is beyond the worst hungry howies experience I ever had. I ordered my food at 6:32pm 10/25/17 for my boyfriend lunch whose at work. I explained to Ashley that i wanted it to be delivered close to 7:15pm since thats the time he takes lunch. I clearly gave her the address and explained that it was his work place. Around 7:50pm i get a call stating that they had the wrong address! How?! When I gave it to her clearly!!! Ita 8:14pm and hwr still dont have his food becausw they have to remark it and the manager i spoke to needs to be retrained on building a professional rapport when a costumers is upset with their service!
The best tasting pizza and friendly people
Omg Worst counter service ever!! Too many employees in there playing around and giving you attitude when all you want is your food. They even have horrifying telephone service, mess up order, answer and leave you on hold or simply don't answer. EXTREMELY DIRTY. Pizza is very dry. Wouldn't even waste my camera space taking a pic for this review. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!
This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced had the doors locked at 9:05 but supposed to stay open till 10 then I went through the drive thru an waited 10 minutes until someone came to the window even though they was standing there the whole time
Everytime I go in to pick up my pizza, the service is excellent. Jose is especially nice and always had a great attitude. The employees all seem friendly and I have visited this specific hungry howies multiple times and have never experienced any type of bad service or wrong orders.
