I love it
I went to this store to buy my son a fish. I was willing to buy the fish, tank, accessories, etc. However, upon entering there were four employees at the door just chatting. Not one of them offered assistance or came back to the fish area to offer help. We ended up going the cheapest route and chose a beta fish and container from the beta display. We noticed one beta on display was dead. When we went to the front I let them know and the employee said "yea, ok". They kept on talking and we paid and left. Very poor customer service! I will not go back.
It looked very clean and all of the animals we saw looked healthy and content enough. Most of the cages are open and you can pet the animals. There weren't many of them, though. The staff we did interact with were friendly and offered their help if we needed it. For being so small, they have a lot of different products. I would always recommend adopting over buying from a pet store, but this seems like a nice enough place if you're looking to buy a pet. When we went they did have a few adult cats that were waiting to be adopted. Not sure if they had a separate room for people to socialize with them.
Awesome staff and very clean store. The staff is very knowledgeable and nice to my dogs.
