Great place to shop. Customer service you can only find at Publix
As a former employee of Publix and a recently former pharmacy technician, I am really disappointed in the service I got this morning from one pharmacy tech in particular. She did not greet me when I stood in front of the counter, and also spoke to me and the young woman that was before me in a very rude and get out my face attitude. As a technician, I remember that the first thing I was told was, "people come in here sick, and will most likely take it out on you, but you don't reciprocate that because they are having a bad day." I think she needs to take that advice because again, she was very rude, probably the rudest Publix employee I have ever come across so far, and I used to live in Tampa where everyone is rude. I know opening the pharmacy is the most stressful part of the day, but that does not warrant a need for an attitude.

I love Publix. I only wish we had one in Wauchula FL. We thought we were getting one a few years ago and all of us were very sad to find out it didn't work out. Best place ever to shop.
Always beautiful service. Extra star for yesterday. They had water and only under 1.00 a gallon.
Good food, clean store, friendly service. My only recommendation is to have an organized way to pick up orders that were placed in the deli. Either take a number or single file line. Publix is the best!
